"Rocket provides loans using NFTs as collateral. The DAO decides on what NFTs should be accepted and offers high APR due to the risk-savvy nature of lending out capital on assets whose value is largely speculatory. Supported NFTs change with time, although early loans have consisted of virtual real-estate from projects like Decentraland or CryptoVoxels.
