As a platform focused on providing DAO tooling, Aragon itself is inherently structured as a DAO. This means that ANT token holders vote on how the protocol should upgrade, including the deployment of various phases such as Aragon Court.

Aragon Network supports the creation of hundreds of DAOs by delivering a platform for running them, applications (tokenized budget management, voting, fundraising, etc.) they can be equipped with, and a decentralized jurisdiction (Aragon Court) for resolving conflicts between them. (source)
